Using POLYURETHANE to preventing the heat (thermal energy) losses for the system. Spray Polyurethane insulation foam is a cost effective and versatile way to insulate all kinds of areas including hard to reach spaces. The Polyurethane system is produced directly on the substrate to be insulated using a spray process. The component are SYSTEM ISO 44V20L & SHPU-40-27A Spray insulation is the ideal solution for very wide variety of surface & shapes because the material adapts to any profile without gaps. Using INTUMESCENT PAINT for steel protects the steel substrate by providing an insulating layer between the steel and the fire. Exposure to the heat of a fire triggers a reaction, causing the intumescent paint to expand to up to 50 times its thickness and form a solid foam-like char. This char insulates the steel from the heat, keeping it below the temperatures that might compromise it. Intumescent paint for steel is the main fire protection paint for steel as it provides protection from heat as well as flame.
Intumescent coatings are a great solution when aesthetics come into play. The product is applied just like paint, with every layer adding to the overall thickness of the product. This fireproofing material can be applied to structural wood as well.
Using CEMENTITIOUS PAINT for fire protection is normally applied using specialist equipment to protect structural steel or concrete from the effects of fire for nominal fire resistance period. Gypsum based sprays are sometimes considered as Cementitious and may be used internally. The gypsum-based fireproofing cementitious paint has excellent physical properties for interior/architectural uses and cementitious paint can give up to 3 hours fire protection.
